In the series for Kismas, I depict "Doric Lamp 01" not just as an object, but as a vital entity. The light within the glass block is not merely an illuminant but a force, breathing life into the inanimate. The organic qualities that emerge when light interacts with glass are captured in various scales, from clear forms to abstract, fluid materials. Through this series for Kismas, I emphasize the ethereal qualities and the interplay of reflections and refractions, highlighting the glass’s ability to both capture and emit a luminous essence. 2024
